1. The bulk bag is loaded on to the frame and the tied spout is accessed through the large door. |
2. The liner of the bag is pulled down between the clamp and the moving downspout. |

3. The liner is now ready for sealing. |
4. The moving downspout is raised, trapping the liner in the clamp. During the discharge cycle, the liner is kept taut by the tensioning side arms. A rubber membrane fitted in the discharge frame maintains the seal between the bag base and spout. |
