Material recivers

All standard Pneuvac material receivers are in polished stainless steel. The units employ a series of fill/dump cycles which are enacted by a programmable logic controller (PLC).

Feed bins and pick-up adaptors Picks up material from process or storage and transfers it to process or storage.		Positive displacement vacuum pump Models range from 2.2kW to 18.5kW producing as much as 40cm Hg vacuum.
Bag dump stations Empties large quantities of bagged material into process or storage.		Regenerative blower 3 models providing short distance conveying at rates of up to 900kg/hr.
Bulk Bag Unloader Empties material from bulk bags, and transfers it to process or storage.		Venturi pump Single or multi-stage venturi units offer a compact vacuum source.
Suction wands Draws material from bags, drums, totes, piles, bins and processing equipment into process or storage		FILTER PLATES Large capacity, non warping and seamless multi-filter design. Various materials can be specified including Pneuvac preferred Teflon coated material
