Our Philosophy

We are firm believers that after-sales support and service form an integral part of the equipment. Cutbacks in maintenance crews and engineering departments mean you now need to rely more than ever on suppliers of equipment to provide support for the operational life of the equipment. Spiroflow strives to provide this solution, where you may choose to take out a service contract. Whatever your needs, our service department is here to offer technical advice and swift reaction to breakdown calls.

Installation & Commissioning

Spiroflow equipment only leaves our factory after a thorough inspection. However, by its very nature, large conveyors and bulk bag discharging systems often have to be disassembled for shipping and/or installation. Furthermore, every piece of equipment has to be connected to the power supply and, more often and not, integrated into a process control system. Although comprehensive installation, operating and maintenance manuals are provided for every contract, you could not wish for more peace of mind than by having Spiroflow Systems mechanical and electrical engineers install and commission your equipment.

Spare Spirals, Tubes, Cable & Discs, Chains & Discs, & Other Replacement Items

Standard spare parts are ex-stock and can be dispatched within 24 hours by overnight carrier or by air freight. We encourage customers to protect their own interests by carrying essential and especially non-standard spares. Picture this; your process runs 24/7 & the spiral in that 10-year-old conveyor finally fails during the night shift on a Friday. The loss of production while waiting until Monday morning would be extremely disproportionate to the cost of carrying the appropriate spare part.

Service Contracts

For the ultimate in peace of mind and trouble-free operation, particularly for those customers who have purchased complete powder handling systems, our service contracts offer planned maintenance and the replacement of wear parts at the optimum time. Our engineers will discuss your application and operating conditions with you and then prepare a detailed maintenance schedule for your consideration. Where appropriate, our service contracts can include for bonded stocks of strategic items to be held on your premises to ensure immediate availability in the event of unforeseen damage caused by tramp material getting into the system for example. Customers with service contracts will always command the highest priority
